Our team members are a vital part of any event, festival and venue Security, Safety, and Customer Service Team. So, this position is only open to the right candidates that has enthusiasm and a desire to work and those that can meet the company’s strict recruitment criteria.

We have recently commenced recruitment again to join us to work at both local and national events, venues, festivals and stadiums. And we are looking to recruit more team members.

Please remember that we are looking for specific team members to join us, and our recruitment process isn't the easiest you may have completed, and that is because we don't just want anyone, so by working with industry best practices within our recruitment and vetting processes this does inevitably weed out those that may not be suitable as early as possible.

• MUST be 18 Years of age or over
• MUST have a good command of the English Language, both written and verbal.
• MUST hold a Level 2 or 3 Spectator Safety Qualification or Equivalent, or be prepared to be working towards this qualification for free.
• MUST have the proof of right to work within the UK.
• Must have photographic proof of ID.
• Must be billing to work as part of a growing team.
• MUST Be able to provide a 5-year minimum checkable history – Vital Requirement!
• Be aware that the role includes mostly weekend and evening shift availability.
• MUST be prepared to develop their skills for the role via Continued Professional Development with our support.
• MUST be fit and able to carry out this Safety-Critical role that includes long periods of standing or walking including stairs.
